Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed **only after full payment is credited** to our bank account via Razorpay.  
- Processing & dispatch time: **1–2 business days**.

### 2. Delivery Timelines
- **Metro & Tier‑1 Cities:** 3–5 business days from dispatch.  
- **Rest of India:** 5–7 business days from dispatch.  
*Business days exclude Sundays & public holidays.*

### 3. Shipping Partners & Tracking
We use reputable couriers (Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, etc.). Tracking details are emailed/SMSed within 24 hours of dispatch.

### 4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may apply during promotional campaigns.

### 5. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet the above timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, customs). KSFA is not liable for such delays.

### 6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, re‑shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

### 7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship **within India only**. International orders will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
